The Owner’s Suite
This oversized suite features a king-sized bed, seating area, reading nook, dining table, dresser, kitchenette, desk space with monitors, and a large bathroom with dual sinks, shower, and in-suite washer and dryer.

The Lodge
This accommodation option features a spacious open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a game room with bunks. The home also features a laundry room. The highlight is the large patio and yard space with seating, gas firepit, lawn, and horseshoe pits.
- “The Fishing Room” has a king-sized Beautyrest bed, white noise machine, and closet.
- “The Western Room” has a queen-sized Beautyrest bed, white noise machine, closet and desk.
- “The Game Room” features a lounge area and bunk beds. They are a queen on the bottom and twin XL on top. The double pocket doors can be shut, and there is an attached bathroom, but there is no closet or windows (this space is not a true bedroom).
- 2 Bedrooms – 1 Bunk Room – 2 Bathrooms
- 6 Guest Maximum
East Ridge Ranch
This is the option to book the entire property (Owner’s Suite and Lodge combined)! East Ridge Ranch features a spacious open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a game room with bunks, and the owner’s suite with an attached bathroom. The home also includes a pantry with a small appliance bar and two laundry facilities. The standout feature is the large patio and yard space with seating, propane firepit, lawn, BBQ, and horseshoe pits.
